Handcrafted carnage: A new trailer of ‘Pengame’ has been released

October 27^th, 2025 | Indie team Rogue Relay released a new gameplay trailer of their 2D shooter platformer Pengame. The action packed trailer focuses on Pengame’s core combat showcasing a variety of enemies, weapons and abilities.
Pengame first debuted on Steam Greenlight in 2013. The game is built with frame-by-frame animations giving it its unique aesthetic style as well as its decade-long development time. The developers recently reopened Pengame’s Steam Store Page, where the game can be wishlisted.

About the game
Pengame is a hand-crafted sidescrolling shooter platformer set in an imaginative, frame-by-frame animated world. Explore a monster-infested notebook as the hand-drawn hero, Stickman, who is destined to defeat the vilest creature ever sketched on a page: The Teacher!
A young student, bored during his classes, has created a vast world in his notebook. There was peace and harmony, until he made a horrible mistake: he sketched the most horrifying creature he could imagine on one of the sacred pages.
