Hitting an almost complete standstill in sales this summer, Bolverk Games announced a one-week-long price reduction of 90%. This week platform players have been able to pick up the roller for just under 2 dollars.
The huge sale is now at its end, and Bolverk Games report more than 7.600 copies sold in just under a week, and that their next step will be to reduce the game's price permanently by 50% to USD9.95. The reduction will take place as soon as bureaucratically possible.
In a personal "thank you" email to reviewers who helped bring attention to the sale Bolverk Games express their gratitude to them and all the new players.
"Thanks to you and the players, the Glyph sale has exceeded all of our expectations. The sales numbers outperform even the game's launch in 2021. We have been on the edges of our seats with excitement all week," the email reads.
This video, with one of the game's characters saying thank you, has also been released today.
Glyph is a 3D platformer for PC and Nintendo Switch released in January 2021. It's made by Bolverk Games, an award-winning indie studio based in Denmark and normally focused on VR games and software.
