Often asked questions about Agent of Strange & Studio Sever relation to The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante.

Is this the same team that made The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante?
Yes. The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante was developed by Sever, back when we were one team. After its release, part of the team formed the separate studio Schisma to continue The Life and Suffering series, while the main Sever team moved on to new projects and a new genre.

No. Agent of Strange is a separate universe, unrelated to the world of Sir Brante.

Game’s detailed description

Agent of Strange is set in a mystical city sealed off from the world – a place of shadows, secrets, and power plays. You are no ordinary citizen: you are a covert agent of the Conspiracy, sent to infiltrate the City and dismantle the monstrous regime of the enigmatic Traum Family from within.

You will explore a handcrafted early 20th-century city filled with occult mysteries, surreal rituals, and nightmarish beauty. Once a haven for scholars, mystics, and exiles, it has now been taken over by strange aristocrats who opened a forbidden passage – the Red Door – and returned… altered. Now they impose alien laws, reshape reality, and erase anyone who resists.

As an undercover agent, you must blend in, earn trust, and slowly sabotage their Plan. The Conspiracy doesn’t give you orders – it gives you choices. You decide who to be, what path to take, and what mask to wear. Spy, saboteur, charlatan, revolutionary… or something far darker.

At the heart of Agent of Strange is a dynamic narrative sandbox where your decisions have lasting consequences. No two playthroughs will be the same. Every mission, encounter, and moment of silence can shape your role and redefine your goals.

But survival requires more than clever words or quick reflexes. The City reacts to your actions in real-time. Its people have lives, loyalties, and agendas. They can become allies… or report you. Time passes. Events unfold. And every failure leaves a mark.

To endure, you’ll gather forbidden knowledge, forge fragile alliances, and dive into conspiracies layered so deep they begin to rewrite what you know about the world – and yourself.

You decide what the Conspiracy becomes. You may lead it to victory… or become the next puppet on the Traum Family’s stage.
