TOKYO — March 31, 2021 — WFS has released the free-to-play Steam for Windows PC edition of Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, a fresh take on classic JRPGS from legendary storyteller Masato Kato (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears).
Nostalgic single-player adventure awaits in a vast fantasy world with hundreds of hours of main scenario, side quests, and dungeons. Explore three time periods as Aldo, a boy from a small village. Journey to the past, present, and future and thwart a plot that will destroy time and space. Join forces with over 100 playable party members in exciting, strategic turn-based combat with magic chants, elemental effects, and dozens of special attacks.
Another Eden’s epic story is written and directed by Masato Kato, with the main theme composed by Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Xenogears) and art direction by Takahito Exa (Bincho-tan).
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is now available for free on Steam for Windows PC, with the exception of mainland China, Belgium, and Japan. Players can now receive myriad in-game items earned through the pre-release Wishlist Campaign. More campaigns to celebrate launch, including a free character for new players, are detailed below and can be found in-game.
