Warsaw, Poland (17 September, 2025) - People Can Fly’s First Person Survival Adventure Shooter Lost Rift is playable in a new demo out now on Steam. From today until September 24th, players can set up their base on Camp Island with friends and play co-op expeditions, offering up a significant gameplay sample ahead of launch.

The latest Lost Rift demo provides a host of new features, gameplay tweaks and additions from visual upgrades to a new Heavy Wound effect, an updated building system, and new customisation items.
New additions include:

Shared Islands - Players can now access any squadmate’s island that has been shared with them, at any time, without needing the player who created it.

Updated Building System - A weighty upgrade to building textures and flooring across all major pieces.

Camp Decorations - New customisation options, including furniture, accent candles, an area rug, and other fun items that give you a Comfort Buff.

Visual Upgrades - Reworks and changes to foliage, points of interest, consumables, items, workbenches, and more.

Enemy Improvements - Changes to how enemies spawn and the number of players faced in expeditions adapt dynamically to a squad’s size.

Heavy Wound System - A new status effect debuff called Heavy Wound will limit squads from repeatedly reviving during PvP altercations.
