Camlann Games and solo dev Uncle Grouch Gaming will be announcing the Early Access Release Date - Nov 17, 2025 for Dungeons & Kingdoms this coming Monday when the embargo lifts. Dungeons & Kingdoms is a medieval fantasy kingdom builder, management sim and dungeon crawler RPG hybrid. Featuring highly customizable structure building, familiar survival mechanics, deep villager management and rewarding third-person dungeon delving combat.
For the folks that haven't tried the demo, it plays like a single player hybrid between Medieval Dynasty and Valheim. Medieval village setting, piece-by-piece structure building, help from loyal villagers with unique skills, needs and personalities -- and finally third person action combat to loot dungeons to tech up your kingdom.
Nearing 200,000 wishlists on Steam and coming off a successful October Next Fest, we're excited to give players an opportunity to dive into the game and explore all three critical components of gameplay: kingdom building, villager management and RPG dungeon delving.

The player and beta community feedback to date has been and will be invaluable throughout the Early Access to help resolve critical bugs, polish and performance issues.
