Black Cube’s previous title, The Tale of Bistun is based on the rich storytelling and mythology of Persia, following an amnesiac stone-carver on his journey up the slopes of the intimidating Mount Bistun.
Players battle legions of monstrous foes using fast-paced melee combat and powerful magical abilities as they explore the real world and the mysterious place of forgotten memories, known as the Revelations Realm.
“We have always tried to make games that we love to play and we have tried to benefit from Persian culture in this way. Joining RCP enables us to pursue this path with greater efficiency and velocity” said Amin Shahidi, studio director.
As part of the rcp family, Black Cube will be working on their own IP, as well as providing work-for-hire support for internal and external studios.
