From the creators of Oakwood and Rip Current comes a new dinosaur horror experience set in the idyllic lakeside community of Sunnybrook. What begins as a simple burglary quickly spirals into a desperate fight for survival when prehistoric predators descend on the wealthy summer retreat.

Set in the 1990s, Welcome to Sunnybrook puts players in the role of a burglar targeting the luxurious vacation homes of an exclusive lakeside community. Pick locks, crack safes, disable security systems, and loot the homes of the wealthy. But when dinosaurs turn Sunnybrook into a hunting ground, getting rich takes a back seat to getting out alive.
Welcome to Sunnybrook is a single-player, first-person horror experience focused on exploration, stealth, and survival. With no weapons to rely on, players must sneak past prehistoric predators, find places to hide, and outsmart their pursuers whenever possible. Explore the community’s homes, streets, school, and local businesses as you search for a way to escape.
