Chesterfield, UK – August 7, 2025 – Funbox Media Ltd is thrilled to announce the official release of the award-winning third-person shooter Battle of Rebels, arriving on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam on Thursday, 28th August 2025 with Xbox Series X version to follow, with physical versions available on Nintendo Switch and PS5.

Developed over the course of three years by a dedicated solo indie developer, Battle of Rebels has already made waves in the gaming community, earning recognition with a range of prestigious Unreal Game Competition awards for innovation and technical excellence. Now, players across major platforms can dive into its intense cross-platform, online multiplayer battles, powered by the robust Photon multiplayer server, marking a major milestone as Funbox Media Ltd’s first foray into the online multiplayer space.
