Alaska Gold Fever – Expanding the Frontier: New Buildings and Player Features!

Hello, explorers and adventurers! 👋

The frontier of 1890s Alaska is coming to life like never before in Alaska Gold Fever! Our latest updates expand the world beyond snow, mountains, and gold - introducing towns, functional buildings, and new ways for players to shape their own Alaskan adventure.


Building the Frontier
From rugged wooden cabins to bustling frontier shops, we’re designing a living, breathing world. Players can now explore hand-built log cabins scattered across the wilderness, each telling its own story of survival, skill, and settlement. Some cabins are barely holding together, while others reflect the care of experienced settlers. And yes - you can enter most of them to discover supplies, lore, and interact with NPCs.

We’ve also added several new structures with real in-game purposes:

• Bank 🏦 – Keep your gold safe, take out loans, and manage your finances in the heart of town.

• Shed 🪵 – Buy, sell, and store supplies; hide from harsh weather; upgrade into a fully functioning store.

• Weapon Shop 🔫 – Arm yourself for survival and hunting. Future updates will bring gun customization and rare weapon drops.

Player-Owned Farms
Amid the harsh winters and gold rush excitement, there’s room for farming life too!
🌾 Players will be able to own farms, growing crops, raising animals, and even selling goods to hungry prospectors.
Cozy cabins, barns, make each farm unique, offering both a challenging and an addional rewarding gameplay loop.

What’s Next
These buildings are being integrated into our dynamic world map, complete with NPCs, dialogue systems, and gameplay interactions.
