A New Era Begins for Sci-Fi Action Game MindsEye Following Major Title Update

Build a Rocket Boy Brings Polish and Improvements to its Premier Game and Teases Future Expansion

Edinburgh, Scotland (February 4, 2026) | Today, independent game studio Build a Rocket Boy is proud to announce a new phase of ongoing development for its cinematic science-fiction action-adventure game, MindsEye. After months of continued post-launch support following player and critic feedback, the title receives its most significant post-launch update yet, achieving the studio’s vision for quality and setting the stage for exciting future content updates. Update 7 for MindsEye is now available across all platforms, serving as a reset for the brand and the title in 2026.   

MindsEye’s latest update is the culmination of months of work since the game’s initial launch in June 2025 and marks the perfect point for players to revisit or try the riveting experience for the first time. The update focuses on smoothing campaign flow, making objectives easier to follow, enhancing AI behavior, and much more.
 

For Deluxe Edition players, Update 7 also introduces the Silva E-Series, a full street circuit city-center race in Redrock, now staged as a big-event street race with grandstands, barriers, and NPC spectators. The Silva Corporation has set the stage for a technical, skill-first challenge. Put down your fastest run and secure your place on the global leaderboards. Within the coming months, Build a Rocket Boy will outline the future of MindsEye by revealing a new expansion that adds end-game content and enhanced world exploration, as well as introducing a multiplayer mode in MindsEye’s ARCADIA.
