This Friday, join play testing for the upcoming tower defence game, Everwarder!

Everwarder is a new 2D tower defense with Roguelite elements that focuses on bringing the light to the map and expanding playable area based on the defense mechanism.

Play testing for Everwarder will go live this Friday and anyone is welcome to participate, more on that below. Everwarder is an unbound 2D tower defense game in which the player decides how they shape the playable area. Enemies are undefined, and their direction is determined by the player's defense position. Each world is procedurally generated and presents players with different challenges. The Roguelite progression system lets players upgrade their units and research new upgrades. Additionally, players are able to use various artifacts to strengthen their units each run and combined with units and skills create unique combinations and unit combos.

Enemies have no bound path and will head straight for the closest crystal, use this to your advantage. Design paths for your enemies to cross as many defences turrets as possible and reduce enemy numbers as swiftly as possible. Crystals provide light in the dark abyss of the Everwarder world and may be the only hope for eternal light, use obtained shards carefully to build your defences as the game never ends. As the time progresses, the game is getting harder, similarly to Risk of Rain series, the longer you play the harder the game gets and only resets upon defeat.

The game is due to be released in 2024, in the meantime it can be found here. This Friday play testing for Everwarder will be live and if anyone would like to join then get in touch via replying to this message or request access via the Steam page.
