Minecraft x Sonic Add-On Super Update

Dash into the 1.1 Update for the Official Sonic Add-On for Minecraft!
Gamemode One is thrilled to announce the release of the 1.1 Update for our official Sonic Add-On for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. This update introduces many requested features, including Chaos Emeralds, Dr. Eggman Boss Battles, and of course, Sonic and Shadow’s Super Forms! This new update builds upon the original 1.0 Add-On, which enabled players to collect Rings and transform into characters such as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, and Amy in their worlds.
Chaos Emeralds in Minecraft!
Chaos Emeralds will procedurally generate in your Minecraft worlds, offering new gameplay opportunities for players. You can discover unique Chaos Shrines in various biomes and complete their challenges to unlock all seven Emeralds. Be cautious—Dr. Eggman may lurk near some of these Chaos Shrines, so be prepared for a fight. Collecting all seven Emeralds will fully power your Chaos Machines and will allow players to transform Sonic and Shadow into their Super Forms.
Dr. Eggman Boss Battles!
Players can now confront the villainous Dr. Eggman and his Eggrobos! Engage in battles against Dr. Eggman at Chaos Shrines. Dr. Eggman will use a variety of attacks, and players may need to rely on their Team Sonic transformations to achieve victory. Beating Dr. Eggman is key to collecting all seven Chaos Emeralds and will undoubtedly add a new challenge to the Minecraft experience.
For the Sonic fans among you, these recurring boss battles feature the memorable boss music from Sonic Adventures while Dr. Eggman shoots rockets and lasers at you! Once defeated, you can collect the Chaos Emerald from the Shrine. Don’t forget to grab the Chaos Drive dropped by Dr. Eggman, so you can craft a Chaos Machine and use it to go super later.
Super Sonic and Super Shadow in Minecraft!
After players can collect all seven Chaos Emeralds, they can build a Chaos Machine and walk into it as Sonic or Shadow to transform them into their Super Forms. Using Rings as fuel, you can fly around your Minecraft worlds, destroy blocks instantly as you run or fly into them, and effortlessly beat enemy mobs.
The journey to unlocking Super Forms is challenging, but will be well worth it to players who want to become invulnerable in Minecraft.
The Sonic Add-On 1.1 Update will be available for download on Minecraft Marketplace starting August 5th, 2025, everywhere Minecraft Bedrock is played!
