Heavy Metal Death Can features a distorted soundtrack that heightens the tension at every turn. The game takes place aboard the fictional vessel Domherren, inspired by real-life submarines of the era. Blending historical authenticity with alt-history design, its uniforms, control panels, and interiors are rooted in Cold War reality.
