August 12, 2026 - Hooded Horse and Eremite Games are delighted to share that their dark fantasy roguelite city builder, Against the Storm, has surpassed 2 million copies sold!
Aside from reaching an incredible milestone, Eremite Games has graced Viceroys everywhere with the spoils of the game's most recent Over-Haulers update. Thanks to a complete rework of the Hauler's logic system, three new World Map Modifiers, and the option to play with four species now available in Training Expeditions (as well as some helpful UI improvements), the base game is in great shape for players to experience anew.

Against the Storm is localized from English into German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai, and Japanese. The console version is localized into the same languages.
The game is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch consoles, as well as PC via Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store. It is also available via Game Pass, and the RRP is $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99 / ¥2,980. It currently has two DLCs – Keepers of the Stone and Nightwatchers – available for $14.99 / £12.99 / €14.99 / ¥1,480.
Against the Storm - Complete Edition is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch for $49.99 / £44.99 / €49.99 / ¥3,960.
The game currently holds a 94% “Very Positive” rating on Steam with over 32,000 reviews.
