Yet Another Zombie Survivors Launches on Nintendo Switch on October 30

Following its successful launch on Steam, GOG, PlayStation and Xbox last month, Yet Another Zombie Survivors arrives on Nintendo Switch on October 30. The team took additional time to polish the Nintendo Switch version ahead of release. A free demo is already available on Nintendo Switch in Europe (NOE). Players in Japan will be able to try the demo starting October 22, followed by North America (NOA) on October 29.

Awesome Games Studio spent three years supporting Yet Another Zombie Survivors in Early Access, delivering eight major updates shaped by player feedback. With version 1.0, the team went even further, bringing several major updates' worth of content into one release without increasing the game's base price. 


The update introduces the Ranger, the game's ninth Survivor, accompanied by two animal companions; the Bio Lab, a new map exploring the origins of the zombie outbreak; and Boss Rush, a new mode where players have 10 minutes to power up before facing the ultimate boss and competing for leaderboard positions. Version 1.0 also expands beyond the game's traditional run-based gameplay with The Camp, a new hub featuring missions, radio transmissions, Survivor conversations and hidden details. Players can uncover story-related quests about the origins of the virus, alongside personal missions that reveal more about individual Survivors, their backgrounds and their relationships.

Yet Another Zombie Survivors launched out of Early Access on August 20 across Steam, GOG, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The Nintendo Switch version launches on October 30. The game's base price remains unchanged at 14.99 EUR / USD.

Te game is designed for Nintendo Switch and is also playable on Nintendo Switch 2 via backward compatibility.
