The iconic Armor King joins the fight today in early access for Season 2 Character Pass and Season 2 Character & Stage Pass holders, with full access beginning October 16, 2025. Fans at the show were also treated to an all-new gameplay reveal and first details for Miary Zo, an original character and the final Season 2 DLC character who will join the roster in early access on December 1, 2025. The “Dark Supernova” reignites as Armor King returns to the ring, consumed by vengeance for his fallen brother. Once seeking justice in The King of Iron Fist Tournament, fate denied him his revenge when the tournament vanished under G Corp’s reign of terror. Confronted by his rival, King, who tried to stop the cycle of hatred, Armor King refused to yield, vowing, “I will have my revenge. No matter what.” Now wielding a forbidden technique passed down by his brother, the heel wrestler joins the TEKKEN 8 roster, ready to settle the score once and for all. TEKKEN 8 also gave fans a gameplay reveal at the all-new character Miary Zo. First unveiled at Evo 2025, Miary Zo will be available in early access on December 1, 2025, for Season 2 Character Pass and Season 2 Character & Stage Pass holders, and for all players on December 4, 2025. Her release will also introduce Baobab Horizon, a new stage inspired by the development team’s trips to Madagascar. Surrounded by ancient baobabs and vivid wildlife, players will face off in a sun-drenched landscape that celebrates the culture and natural beauty of Miary Zo’s homeland. The stage will be available to Year 2 Character & Stage Pass holders and for individual purchase.
Miary Zo embodies the vessel of the Silver Fighting God, a divine presence rooted in Madagascan legend. Her unique combat style draws from Morengy, a traditional Madagascan martial art, alongside other African influences and animal-inspired movements learned from the creatures she grew up observing.
