Global game publisher CFK (headed by Chang-sig Koo) is proud to announce today (12/18) that they will be holding a discount on a lineup of games from their catalogue in celebration of the holiday season and the New Year.
 
This promotional discount will be held on the Steam, Nintendo Switch™, and PlayStation®4 platforms, running from December 18th until January 17th. Discounts are to be applied to CFK’s popular lineup, including Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage, steady sellers Smilemo and Some Some Convenience Store, and even Motesolo and the Koumajou Remilia series, giving players a great chance to get their hands on these games.
 
Smilemo is a game telling the story of protagonist, Smilemo, as he sets out on his journey to rescue his computer world from a sudden virus infection, all rendered in charming pixel graphics. Players must step into the protagonist’s shoes in order to collect the vaccine code scattered about various storage sites and fight back against the virus. It has been steadily growing in popularity since its Steam release in 2022 and even after its Nintendo Switch™ release in 2023.
 
Shikhondo: Youkai Rampage is a shoot’em up (bullet hell) game created by Korean indie developer Deerfarm, further ‘perfecting’ the 2017 initial version, Shikhondo: Soul Eater, with the help of CFK, improving gameplay, adding new modes, and lifting the game to new heights overall. It was released to the globe on Steam in April and will be getting a later release to the Nintendo Switch™.
 
Ninja Issen (忍者一閃) is set within a cyberpunk futuristic virtual city rendered in retro pixel graphics, featuring one-against-many nimble ninja action where players experience the fun and pleasure of wiping out waves of enemies with a single stroke of their blades and fending off bosses that block progress with non-stop attacks and various movement patterns, all while making use of the ninja skills at their disposal. It was released to Steam in 2023 with a move to Nintendo Switch™ planned for the future.
 
Some Some Convenience Store is a visual novel created by TalesShop, beloved for a number of their creations, telling the story of the new relationships the protagonist forms after randomly downloading a dating app called Some Some. Released on July 25th to Nintendo Switch™ to raving reviews, the game has recently been added to with epilogues to the routes of each of the game’s heroines. On December 19th of this year, the final of the three DLC packs, Soohee Pyeon’s After Story, is scheduled to release to the Nintendo Switch.
