Dublin, Ireland, March 5, 2026. Irish indie studio Reliable Plumbing Services today announces the public demo release of Fallosophy, a pinball-inspired precision climbing game where players ascend a vertical world based on the history of philosophy using only two flippers. The demo launches on Steam on March 5th, alongside the premiere of a demo release trailer on IGN.
Inspired by difficult climbing games such as Getting Over It, Fallosophy replaces the traditional hammer with pinball flippers and physics-driven momentum. Using only two buttons, players control flippers to ascend a colossal world shaped by philosophical eras, from the cave of ignorance to fractured modernity.
Players take the role of a small spark of thought climbing upward through philosophical eras while guided by an enigmatic narrator known as the Philosopher King. Progress is earned through precision rather than upgrades or abilities, meaning a single mistake can send players falling back down the world they fought to climb.
Rejecting traditional progression systems, combat, and score chasing, Fallosophy focuses instead on patience, control, and reflection. Mastery comes from understanding motion itself through techniques such as the subtle bounce, the edge flip, and the cradle.
The demo introduces players to the core mechanics and the early climb through the history of thought, spanning Classical Antiquity and extending into the Medieval philosophy area, ahead of the full PC release planned later this year.

Reliable Plumbing Services is an independent game studio based in the Republic of Ireland, founded by Matt Murtagh and Holly Hitchcock. The studio develops games that prompt players to question their relationship with gaming.
