But dwarves will!” — says Andrey Kiryushkin, Founder of Hach the Publisher studio — “And so the concept was born: an eccentric mage Sevendar Kness builds a tower of blocks and tries to survive against all enemies and cataclysms: goblins, floods, winds, frost, and even the gravity force!

Your Dwarven Skykeep starts by learning how to use a card deck packed full of tools, spells, and weapons to construct an enchanted castle. Build workbenches, forges, alchemical laboratories, and castle defenses. Order your fellowship of Dwarves to fight fires, floods, and lightning strikes. Protect the tower from enemies and envious wizards seeking to destroy your legacy. Adapt to the unique landscape, fight off enemy spawns and a fresh deal of cards each time you play.
The main game story leads you through a beautiful magical world full of incredible events, cute characters handing you side quests, plenty of opportunities for the selection and specialization of your equipment.
At the heart of the game is the constant challenge of making meaningful decisions. Build libraries to craft battle spells and armories to make swords for your dwarfs, summon a storm or set traps to fend off enemies attempting to damage your tower, use fire magic to evaporate water from flooded rooms, and recraft existing cards in your deck hoping to get better ones. Your strategy will depend on the level tasks – use logic, long-term planning and ingenuity to solve them.
It will more than likely take a lot of attempts before you become a real master of your craft. But as they say, no pain, no gain. However, don’t worry, defeats are rewarding: they teach how to avoid the pitfalls during your next playthroughs.
