“Dancing Wings - The Aerobatic Simulator” Takes Off on Steam

Solo formation aerobatics simulator opens official Steam page

Yokohama, Japan - June 5th, 2025 — The upcoming aerobatic flight simulation game “Dancing Wings - The Aerobatic Simulator” has officially launched its Steam store page, offering players a first look at the solo aerobatic experience where one player can fly precise formation maneuvers alone using replay overlay feature.


In Dancing Wings, players take control of the T-4 jet trainer, modeled after the aircraft used by Japan’s Blue Impulse aerobatic team. The game allows solo pilots to perform authentic formation aerobatics with cinematic precision. It features a combination of realistic flight physics and simple controls, making it accessible yet immersive.


Players can also record and share replays online, showcasing their best routines.

Key Features:


 * Solo formation flight using overlaid replays: In this game, players can perform formation aerobatics solo by layering multiple replays. For example, the first flight is recorded as the lead aircraft, and the second flight is played and recorded as the second aircraft, flying in formation with the first. This process can be repeated to
create a formation of up to six aircraft.


 * Realistic flight physics with simple controls: The game simulates realistic flight behavior by calculating lift and drag on each wing, allowing players to experience the true challenge of formation aerobatics. Despite the realism, controls are simple — all you need is a standard gamepad. A dedicated training mode walks you through the basics of flight, making this the perfect entry point for newcomers to flight simulators.


 * Share your replays online: You can upload and download replays to and from an online server. Not only can you watch replays recorded by other players, but you can also join their formations and fly alongside them.
