Today, game developer Nomad Games have released Alliances: Fate Beckons, an expansion for Talisman: Digital 5th Edition.
Originally released in 1983 by Games Workshop, Talisman is a fantasy board game where players embark on an epic quest through a land full of dangerous enemies and treacherous challenges. Talisman: Digital 5th Edition is the digital adaptation of the 5th Edition of the Talisman board game, developed by Nomad Games in collaboration with Games Workshop.
Alliances: Fate Beckons is the first 5th Edition exclusive expansion to be released for Talisman: Digital 5th Edition, adapting the physical expansion originally released in October 2024. Transforming Talisman into a cooperative game for the first time, Alliances: Fate Beckons tasks players with teaming up to complete challenging Trials as they unlock new characters and progress with increasingly difficult objectives. With new enemies and gameplay mechanics, it offers an experience unlike anything Talisman players have experienced before.

In Talisman: Digital 5th Edition - Alliances: Fate Beckons, players are able to experience a fully faithful adaptation of this expansion for the much-loved board game. The expansion also incorporates new digital-exclusive features such as a Deck Editor, allowing players to customise their games more than ever before, and play their creations with their friends online. Players are able to experience this new expansion either by controlling a team of adventurers themselves, or by playing with other players online.
Talisman: Digital 5th Edition - Alliances: Fate Beckons is available now on Steam, and retails at £7.49/$8.99 or the regional equivalent.
