Irvine, CA., (May 21, 2025) – KOG Games, a leading developer and publisher of the popular free-to-play RPG Elsword, is bringing a big change to Raids and adding numerous quality-of-life updates in their May 21st update.
Starting from May 21st through June 17th, Elsword players are greeted with a new event providing a free permanent Raid Weapon, the Submergence of Abyss, a powerful weapon in Elsword. Just by logging in for 60 minutes, players can receive it along with the 60-day Ascending Dragon Ice Burner Costume Set to power up their character have more access to endgame content. Players can also acquire Growth Medal, Heart Core Fragments, and Heart Core throughout the event to expedite the weapon advancement stages.
A new Solo Mode has been added to Varnimyr, Pruinaum, and Abyss Raids to give players the opportunity to challenge the content at their leisure. The new Solo Mode provides Elsword’s players with MP recovery buff to allow them to not rely on potions as much and an additional buff that gives cooldown acceleration and attack power over time that increases their damage output. This mode is perfect for players to get their weekly clears faster on their own time or can even be used as an opportunity for practicing the raid’s mechanics.
Many Quality-Of-Life changes have been applied as well to help newer Elsword players catching up on progression. The first is a reduction on Title Count. This is applied to many of the most powerful titles in Elsword, allowing players to unlock at a faster rate for additional stat increases. Professor Pho’s Growth Guide has also been expanded, allowing players to receive items for progression for Pruinaum Outskirts and Tirnog region from Tenebrous Armor Set, Master Artifacts, and Shadow Effect Select Tickets, helping players to reach endgame.
The Carefree Collection Event has returned as well, giving players an easier way to complete El Search Party Collection book for additional stats by allowing players to create two event characters during the event period. This event provides rewards for reaching level milestones, letting players swiftly pass through the slow leveling zone. On top of that, players can also fish with a special bait during the El Resonance Support Event, allowing players to build multiple levels to gain more ERP levels.
