WEBZEN Expands the World of ‘MU: Pocket Knights’ with New Growth and Challenge Features

South Korea – October 24, 2025 – WEBZEN, global game publisher, is excited to announce the second major update for its idle RPG MU: Pocket Knights. Following its global launch in September, the game has topped major app market charts and continues to gain enthusiastic support from players worldwide.


This update introduces a new Rune System, allowing players to further enhance their equipment and strengthen character stats. Runes can be obtained through Explorations and provide additional high-tier attributes, offering greater flexibility and depth in character progression and strategy.


New Stages are added across multiple contents. Battle receives 30 additional chapters, while Blood Castle, Square of Devil and Maze of Dimension each gain 30 new stages. The Abyss Dungeon is expanded with 20 additional stages, offering players more challenges and rewards than ever before.


To celebrate the season, MU: Pocket Knights is hosting a special Halloween-themed event, “Trick or Treat Rush!” Players can collect Halloween Candies and Pumpkins through Explorations to exchange for special rewards.


Additionally, new equipment and costumes have been added, offering even more ways to enhance and customize characters. When combined with Runes, these items open up diverse strategic options and amplify combat capabilities, enriching the overall growth experience.
