PAX West 2025 Badge Sales Open Today, This Year to Feature Wizards of the Coast, Pearl Abyss, Larian Studios

Revel in gaming’s most anticipated releases, demos, panels this Labor Day Weekend

SEATTLE – May 22, 2025 – PAX West 2025, the West Coast’s most-attended gaming event, unveils the first wave of exhibitors as badges go on sale today at 12 pm PDT. Organizers ReedPop and Penny Arcade open the doors from the Seattle Convention Center this Labor Day Weekend from Friday, Aug. 29, through Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.

Prepare for an expo floor filled to the brim with creative industry titans like Wizards of the Coast, Pearl Abyss (Crimson Desert), Larian Studios, The Behemoth, and more. Check out the offerings from hardware giants like MSI and Alienware, with more companies across video games, tabletop, and hardware joining the lineup in the lead up to the show.

This year’s main stage features presentations with major announcements for fans of digital games and physical tabletop experiences alike. Take part in the many panels hosted by industry professionals and enthusiasts discussing a wide array of industry topics. 

Explore four days of varied experiences from live gaming tournaments to comedic competitions with popular streamers and content creators. Get together with the community in freeplay areas for all kinds of gaming in the place where PAX started.

“I know that the ‘PAX Prime’ Nomenclature can be controversial,” said Jerry Holkins, founder of PAX, Penny Arcade, and Child’s Play.  “But this time, I think we’ve got a choice cut.”

PAX West badges go on sale today at 12 pm PDT for $255 for a 4-day badge, $70 for a single-day Saturday badge, $68.50 for single-day badges for Friday or Sunday, $66.00 for a single-day Monday badge, and BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) badges at $50. 

Media and content creators interested in covering the event can apply for badges here. The content submission form for panels and workshops opens Friday, May 23 and closes Friday, June 20, at 5:00pm PDT.
