What's the Witch Strandings experience?
Witch Strandings is a Ghibli and Coraline-inspired exploration of self-care, visceral horror, and the importance of connection.
Discover a new take on a ‘strand-type game’ through an innovative cursor-driven, systemic open world.
This is a game that revolves around nurturing, transportation and physicality.
- Nurture vs. Decay: It is the player’s duty to care for the forest and its inhabitants, returning the environment to its more harmonious state, before the corruption of the witch spread.
- Physicality: Played entirely with mouse, a new control scheme to be celebrated - it’s all about building a connection between the player and the in-game world.
- Transportation and Connection: Players will link old ruins, traverse hazardous swamps, and attend to people’s needs - building connections both literal and metaphorical.
