The demo showcases classic metroidvania gameplay, open-world exploration through villages and castles, challenging enemies, and a dynamic day-night cycle that changes everything.
A Legendary Tale Resurfaces in Modern Times
Chronicles of the Wolf is packed with everything fans love: tight combat, gothic storytelling, and thrilling boss fights. Step into the role of Mateo Lombardo, the last apprentice of the ancient Rose Cross Order, as he hunts down the mythical Beast of Gévaudan – a monster drawn from real historical accounts that terrorised 18th century France.

The narration is brought to life by Robert Belgrade, a legendary voice talent known for his work across the Tekken series, as well as Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Alucard) memorable roles in Mega Man X7 (Signas) and Soul Blade (Rock).
Adding further depth, the stunning illustrated cutscenes and a haunting soundtrack composed by Jeffrey Montoya, Chronicles of the Wolf delivers a deeply immersive and cinematic experience. Enhancing the game’s rich atmosphere is a breathtaking guest track by Óscar Araujo (Listen Here), acclaimed for his powerful compositions on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Lords of Shadow 2, and the cult film Neon Flesh.
