Solo developer Tom Voros of Apparition Games, in partnership with indie publishing platform indie.io, are thrilled to announce that Pinball Spire is coming to Nintendo Switch on May 29, 2025.

The Switch release brings the full experience of Pinball Spire to console audiences, combining precision pinball mechanics, platforming puzzles, and retro flair in a perfectly portable package.
Praised by Polygon as “blending two of [their] favorite game genres: pinball and Metroidvania-style video games,” Pinball Spire invites players to guide the unflappable Pip through a mysterious tower filled with environmental puzzles, mana-powered flipper mechanics, and an ever-rising challenge.
This is no ordinary pinball table. Each chamber in the Spire is a self-contained puzzle, demanding not just careful aim but creative problem-solving. Whether players are using Focus to slow time for perfect shots, igniting Pip with the Fireball to light hidden paths, or scanning the environment with the Scouter ability, every floor introduces a new twist on vertical progression.
Underpinning the gameplay is a lush pixel art aesthetic and an original, retro-acoustic soundtrack by Starling Tan—creating a tone that’s equal parts adventurous, mysterious, and nostalgic. The game’s seamless fusion of pinball physics, platforming action, and handcrafted level design drew strong praise at PAX East, Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show, and more ahead of it's Steam Launch.
