Buenos Aires, Argentina - September 29, 2025 - Independent developer Andrei Fomin today announced the free public demo of Effulgence RPG, a party-based sci-fi role-playing game rendered entirely from text symbols arranged in 3D space. Effulgence will participate in Steam Next Fest starting October 13, 2025, and media and creators are invited to request hands-on access and assets for coverage.
In Effulgence RPG, enemies are more than obstacles - they’re raw material. Players break foes into particles and forge weapons and gear using a signature matter printer system, all while exploring a world built from shimmering text characters for a unique, high-contrast 3D ASCII visual identity.
