WINSTON-SALEM, APRIL 28, 2025 - Wholesome Games, the independent curation platform and publisher, welcomes another exciting Wholesome Direct digital showcase on Saturday, June 7, 2025 starting at 9:00 AM Pacific, 12:00 PM Eastern. The showcase will be presented via YouTube and Twitch livestreams as part of Summer Game Fest.
After receiving nearly 1,500 submissions this year, the Wholesome Direct team has carefully curated a selection of about 60 emotionally resonant titles with news including world premieres, demo announcements, and many more surprises from independent developers of all sizes and beloved indie publishers. This year's Wholesome Direct will include news and surprises from amazing studios including Playstack, btf Games, ustwo games, Wētā Workshop, Electric Saint, and many more. Audiences will also hear updates on Wholesome Games Presents titles Is This Seat Taken? and MakeRoom, and a yet-to-be-revealed partnership!
This year, Wholesome Direct merch sales will go towards charity partner Point of Pride, an independent non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and saving trans lives through access to gender affirming care.
