[October 19, 2026] Keep your bills shut and your flock close! Following a successful first playtest that welcomed more than 270,000 players from 148 countries, LINE Games is excited to announce that QUIET, the 1–4 player online co-op horror comedy game in which every sound matters, will reveal and release its first-ever demo on October 22. QUIET will also be featured as part of The MIX Fall Showcase and will participate in Screamfest, which runs from October 26–November 2.
More than 350,000 players signed up for QUIET’s first playtest, with 271,132 ultimately joining the flock. Drawing on feedback from those players, the team has addressed major bugs, optimized the build for a more stable experience, and incorporated requested features ahead of the official demo. Players can experience the updated build when QUIET’s official demo launches simultaneously on Steam and the Epic Games Store on October 22.
In QUIET, you and your flock are alien ducks stranded on Earth, searching a nearby house for the parts needed to repair your spaceship. The problem? The homeowner is a monster who can hear every sound you make. Work together, keep quiet, and get out with your feathers intact. The upcoming demo adds the new four-player “Duck Out” Arcade Stage, along with a spaceship-themed waiting room inspired by player feedback and special Halloween content.
About QUIET:
- Search for Ship Parts: Explore the house, recover the components needed to repair your ship, and escape before you're discovered.
- Every Sound Matters: Movement, dropped objects, and even your real-world voice can alert the homeowner. A microphone is required.
- Work Together or Go Down Together: Coordinate with up to three other players, but remember that one noisy mistake can put the entire flock in danger.
- A Horror Comedy Co-op Unlike Any Other: Balance stealth, teamwork, and chaotic duck antics as you struggle to survive against an ever-listening threat.
