1917 Studios, Kazakhstan — August 13, 2025 — Indie developer 1917 Studios and publisher Valkyrie Initiative are excited to officially announce the upcoming release of Sins of the Floating City, the fourth major DLC for the historical RPG Heads Will Roll: Reforged. Launching on September 4th, 2025, this expansion introduces two massive storylines set against the backdrop of the Venice-Genoa wars, and continues to expand the brutal, choice-driven world of HWR.
In addition to the new narrative content, the DLC will be accompanied by a major free update to the base game, adding new gameplay mechanics, weapons, talents, improved balance, and performance optimizations.
