Gameworks - Startup seeks to make more games, more successful by focusing AI on production challenges, not development

London, UK – 2nd July 2025 – Today marks the debut of Gameworks, an innovative production platform for games. Gameworks collects data at all stages of development and blends AI, automation and human resources seamlessly to solve quality and production issues for developers and publishers. All of this to make their games more successful in an ever crowded marketplace.

Players are demanding higher quality games and more content updates than ever before. Every platform missed leaves a tribe of potential customers unsatisfied.

“Our mission at Gameworks is simple: to help developers and publishers release higher-quality games more efficiently to a larger audience, with fewer surprises,” said Matthew Tighe, CEO of Gameworks. “Most service providers in the industry are focused on development; which is a crowded market. Gameworks chooses to focus on production and publishing, incorporating QA which gives us a unique opportunity to solve real problems more efficiently by combining technologies.”

How does it work?

The eponymous Gameworks tool is tuned with decades of industry experience to highlight and solve real, preventable issues that regularly affect games.

Gameworks captures data from every play session of a game. This includes video, inputs, performance, game specific metrics and more. The platform analyses each session and automatically generates tickets for the most common quality, performance and certification issues. It then watches every test run and tracks improvements, or regressions, and updates accordingly.

Gameworks enables everyone on the team to share, review and comment on information from a single frame of video - right up to a full release overview - ensuring no input or observation is missed.

The whole process is repeatable and efficient, meaning there is no reason not to release on as many platforms as possible and reach the widest audience.

The Gameworks Mission:
With founders that have decades of experience in the games and technology industries, Gameworks is on a mission to revolutionise game production and publishing. Gameworks uses the latest technology and processes with the goal of helping developers and publishers large and small make their games more successful.

Born out of the successful console porting studio DO Games, which spent the last 8 years helping release more than 30 games. Including stand-outs such as Cult of the Lamb. The majority of issues of unsuccessful games lie not in development, but in the production and QA management.
