‘BuZz’, ‘babo’ Joins Vision Strikers to Round Out VCTKR Stage 3 Roster

With the recent retirement of Vision Strikers’ captain, Minsoo “glow” Kim, Vision Strikers have officially announced two new players to their lineup: former Rio Company and TUBEPLE Gaming players, Byungchul “BuZz” Yu and Myeongkwan “babo” Kim, to round out their VALORANT Champions Tour Stage 3 Korea roster.

While Vision Strikers had dominated the Korean VALORANT scene over the past year by registering an unprecedented 100 match series wins without recording a single loss, they had most recently shocked the VALORANT community by not only dropping their first-series loss against F4Q, but also by failing to qualify for VALORANT Champions Tour Masters 2 in Reykjavik, as they were effectively eliminated from contention by NUTURN Gaming during the playoffs.

As Vision Strikers look to take back their title as the best team in Korea, they announced the addition of Byungchul “BuZz” Yu and Myeongkwan “babo” Kim to their remaining lineup. Myeongkwan “babo” Kim would also request an in-game name change, and will compete as “MaKo” in future events.

While Vision Strikers had been prominent for their set-plays and teamwork, BuZz and MaKo are two of the best individual talents in the Korean VALORANT scene, a speculation further supported by the chart provided by THESPIKE.GG.

With that announcement, Vision Strikers will now compete with the following roster:

Players -
Seungwon "k1Ng" Lee
Sangmin "Rb" Goo
Gutaek "stax" Kim
Kiseok "Zest" Kim
Byungchul “BuZz” Yu
Myeongkwan “MaKo” Kim

Coaching Staff -
Seonho “termi” Pyeon
Soonwoo “ARGENCY” Kwon

With a 6-man roster consisting of some of the best players in the scene, it is now up to Vision Strikers to take back their throne in the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour Stage 3 Korea.
