Nantes, France, April 16th, 2025: Helios Studio announces the release of a major new update alongside a brand new gameplay trailer for the game Black One Blood Brothers, currently available in Early Access on Steam.
Building on its vision of an elite, multinational special operations unit, the update expands the arsenal of gear, uniforms, and weapons—introducing new equipment inspired by Eastern military design to complement the existing Western-style loadouts. Whether you prefer a traditional setup or a hybrid of tactics and styles from around the world, the new options let you customize your squad to fit your strategy.
This update introduces Synchronized Shots, a powerful new tool for coordinated takedowns—mark your targets, sync your squad, and strike with precision. Combat feels smoother and more immersive than ever, thanks to a complete overhaul of the Aim Down Sights system and rebuilt recoil mechanics, featuring dynamic patterns and realistic shooting animations. Tactical movement also becomes more effective with adaptive leaning in first-person view: when your Operator approaches cover, they now automatically lean to slice the corner and neutralize the threat, while remaining protected by the environment.
Adding a new language - With this update, Black One Blood Brothers adds full German localization alongside English and French, bringing the game to a wider audience of tactical fans. Additional languages are planned for the full 1.0 release, further supporting the game’s global community.

Operating independently of any government, this unit works from the shadows, free from political games and diplomatic constraints. As the leader of this squad, you're tasked with executing complex missions where every decision could mean the difference between life and death. - Campaign Mode: Operation "Serpent's Whisper" - During the adventure offered in the campaign mode through Operation "Serpent's Whisper", the story kicks off in response to the insurgent group "New World," which has launched devastating attacks across the globe within days. Your mission is to neutralize this threat and trace the funding behind these attacks through 20 increasingly challenging missions. Be advised, the loss of an operator is permanent!
- Gameplay & Realism - Developed in collaboration with a former French Special Forces Commando Marine, "Black One Blood Brothers" stands out for its demanding and immersive gameplay. Command a squad of 10 operators, each with unique skills, and seamlessly switch between them to leverage their specialties in either first-person or third-person view. Success hinges on meticulous planning, optimal equipment management, and teamwork.
- Plan Plans & Quick Orders - Implement precise action sequences for each squad member using a complex yet intuitive "Battle Plan" system. Organize your forces into multiple teams, coordinate their movements, and devise custom tactics to tackle any situation, or switch to real-time command with "Quick Orders" for dynamic decision-making.
- High-Risk Missions - Undertake high-risk missions including target neutralization, hostage rescue, bomb defusal, and retrieval of secret documents.
