July 31, 2025 - The next DLC pack for Hooded Horse and Eremite Games’ best-selling, critically acclaimed dark fantasy city builder Against the Storm is here! Nightwatchers is available on PC across all storefronts, and introduces plenty of new content for would-be Viceroys.
With a talent for metallurgy, a disdain for weakness, and a strong conviction in the greater good, the bats are a new species that bring a punishing new dimension to the game’s menagerie of species. Meanwhile, two new biomes – Rocky Ravine and Bamboo Flats – bring new bespoke challenges that’ll shake up any existing strategies players may have. In addition, Nightwatchers will come with new orders, world events, rewards, and even some new music.
The free 1.8 “Commons” update also drops on PC alongside the DLC, adding a new Smoldering City upgrade, a new way to fulfill service needs via the Hearth, and a legendary cornerstone. Read the patch notes for more details.
Against the Storm - Nightwatchers is available now on PC via Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store for $14.99 / £12.99 / €14.99 / ¥1,860. A 10% launch discount is running from now until August 14.
