We've got news. And we mean NEWS!

The Pixel Hunt Wins 3 Awards with Wednesdays and Prepares Its Next Project, Ithaca!

Hi there! Long time no see! But if we’re popping up in your inbox, it’s for a good reason… actually, TWO good reasons. Or maybe three?

First, in the past two weeks, Wednesdays, our latest game, has won three awards! It snagged "Best Accessibility" and "Game Beyond Entertainment" at the Pégases, the annual celebration of French video games. And if that wasn’t enough, it also took home the Audience Award at the Independent Games Festival, one of the biggest stages for bold and original games worldwide!

Our very own Pierre Corbinais bringing Wednesdays to the spotlight in San Francisco!

Of course, this recognition means a lot for a small studio like ours. For those who aren’t familiar, Wednesdays is a game that tackles the difficult subject of sexual violence against children. A harsh topic, handled with great sensitivity by Pierre Corbinais and the entire team. Seeing our work celebrated by both our peers and the audience is an incredible boost to our confidence, and it encourages us even more to continue creating reality-inspired games.

Speaking of which…

Ever dreamed of losing your shit and kicking ass for what’s right?

Well, then, let me introduce you to Ithaca. In this narrative road-trip RPG, you play as Penelope, an environmental rights lawyer who’s had enough of losing to major polluters. So she joins a radical activist group… and steps into a top-secret operation. Not sure what that means? Just know this: the CEO of a major oil company is tied up in the back of your car. Yeah. It’s that kind of trip.

Now the question is—will you see it through, no matter the cost? Or will something along the way make you question everything?

If that sounds like your kind of game, we’ve got good news: we’re currently gearing up for a crowdfunding campaign to bring Ithaca to life. And as you can imagine, getting a project like this funded isn’t exactly a walk in the park. So if you want to support us, head over to our “launching soon” page and show your interest by following the project.
