Seoul - September 24, 2025 - NEXON’s classic hack n’ slash RPG Vindictus is back with the exciting new “Fiona” update, featuring a complete overhaul of Fiona, the introduction of the Mileage Shop and new celebratory in-game events. This update also includes new utility improvements, including new status effects and skills designed to prepare players for the update.
For more than a decade, players worldwide have continued to return to the expansive world of Vindictus to explore the wild landscapes inspired by Celtic mythology and embark on epic adventures featuring real-time combat and deadly monsters to face off against. The hack n’ slash game boasts impressive visuals, unique characters and a wide variety of customizable gear, allowing players to forge their own paths to becoming a legendary hero.
Vindictus ‘Fiona’ Update features a variety of new content to explore, including:

Fiona Overhaul – This update enhances Fiona’s appearance and utility, introducing faint scars and a new hairstyle that reflect her long battle history and life story as a seasoned mercenary.

Enticing New Utility Improvements “Active: Taunt” Status Effect – The update also introduces 'Retribution,' a new status effect added to the skill Active: Taunt, which increases Final Damage by 3% per stack, up to five stacks for a total of 15%. Successfully using Taunt immediately grants one stack of Retribution, and while the Taunt effect is active, each successful Shield Deflection adds an additional stack. When equipping a Large Shield, striking an enemy with Stigma Hammer increases the duration of both Taunt and Retribution by five seconds per hit, stacking up to four times for a maximum extension of 20 seconds. While the buff is active, each successful Stigma Hammer strike also restores 100 SP, enabling repeated SP recovery during its duration.

Expanded “Active: Taunt” Usage – The usage conditions of Active: Taunt have also been expanded. Previously only available in Raid Battles, it can now be used in all battles, providing more strategic flexibility.

New “Active: Taunt Strike” Skill – Also, a brand-new skill, Active: Taunt Strike, has been added, which lets Fiona leap into the air, slam the ground, deal damage and draw enemy attention for a set period.

New Character Improvements – This update will introduce improvements for multiple characters, including Vella, Hurc – Greatsword, Lethor, Evie – Staff, and Delia.

Mileage Shop Grand Opening – The new Mileage Shop serves as an updated version of the annual Cashback Event. Running through February 3, 2026, the shop converts every 100 NX spent during 2025 into 1 Mileage Point. These points can be exchanged for exclusive rewards, including the [Mileage] Special Jordra Set Selection Box, a Character-Exclusive Hair Trade Coupon and the [Mileage] Lucky Jackpot Box.

Celebratory Events – To celebrate the update, Vindictus is hosting several major in-game events through October 21st.

Raid Battle Rewards – To obtain the Gremlin’s Stashed Raid Coupon, players must participate in Raid battles until October 7th. Completing battles allows players to exchange reward coupons for items such as Reilly’s Face Oil, Uaithne Crystal Box, Uaithne Only Crystal Destiny Box and Uaithne Fragment Destiny Box.

Daily Log In Rewards – To obtain the Premium Appearance Alteration Coupon, players must simply log on daily until October 21st.
