For the first time in the Panzer Corps 2 franchise, players can lead both sides within the same DLC, each with its own objectives and dynamics. Battles unfold across Cyrenaica’s harsh deserts, featuring intense sandstorms, scorching heat, and unforgiving terrain.
 

Strategic depth is further enhanced through supply management and the tactical use of terrain to outmaneuver the enemy. New gameplay mechanics are available, such as intercepting enemy units, rescuing allies, escaping the battlefield before being encircled, and recovering lost units. Furthermore, during the Italian campaign, the number of Core Slots gradually decreases with each scenario, adding an extra layer of challenge. Meanwhile, on the British side, players will command not only British troops of the 7th Armoured Division (the famous Desert Rats) but also forces from the Colonies and Allies, including the 4th Indian Division, the Free French units, and the 6th Australian Division. These news complement familiar mechanics like deploying mines, protecting or destroying key units, and more. Additionally, this DLC introduces a new Adaptive Artificial Intelligence, which dynamically adjusts its behavior based on the player's performance and the evolving battlefield situation.
 

Players will command historically accurate units, including the Italian Moto Guzzi TriAlce motorcycle, Ascari dal Cielo paratroopers, and the AB40 scout car, as well as British forces featuring the Gloster Gladiator biplane, the Rolls-Royce Armored Car, and Cruiser tanks.
