First Break Labs, a collective of video game industry veterans dedicated to bringing a bright future to the indie scene by empowering developers, and developer The Fine Arc revealed a new developer walkthrough video of Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef, the action roguelike co-op dungeon crawler set in a Lovecraftian universe currently available now via Steam Early Access. Today’s video shows off the newest playable character Florence, powerful incantations, weapon upgrades, and nightmarish enemies.
Cthulhu’s Reach: Devil Reef recently received a major update that features:

An incantation system overhaul - adds over 20 incantations that imbues your character with different stats

A new weapon - the Flamethrower targets multiple enemies and spawns fires

A new enemy - Deep One on Act 2 has been reimagined to be larger and even more fierce

Stuck with enormous debt and a greedy gangster to pay off, it’s time to accept misfortune and risk it all to find the hidden treasure of Devil Reef.
