Champion of Lore is a tactical turn-based deck-builder where every action is driven by cards. Set on hex-based battlefields, players must build powerful combinations, adapt their strategy, and master a combat system where positioning and deckbuilding go hand in hand.
There are no action points. By chaining cards together, players can extend their turns, defeat enemies, and create powerful momentum shifts that can redefine an encounter. Cinematic combat sequences bring those decisions to life, turning strategy into spectacle.
The game features two playable heroes, each with their own distinct deck, abilities, and playstyle, alongside a shared deck that expands their tactical possibilities.
Set in a world where knowledge is the ultimate source of power, Champion of Lore draws deeply from Latin American mythology. As corruption spreads and distorts ancient knowledge, myths begin to fracture and merge in unexpected ways. Players must protect what remains, restore balance, and uncover the source of the growing threat.
The Champion of Lore public demo will be available for free on Steam beginning September 1, offering players their first opportunity to experience the game's tactical combat and deckbuilding systems.
