Tower of Fantasy is launching its highly anticipated version 4.7, "STARFALL RADIANCE," following the publisher transfer to Perfect World Games, the parent company of Hotta Studio. This update introduces a new Simulacrum, Antoria, along with a fresh storyline. Players can participate in special events and claim up to 90 free draws, 1,500 Dark Crystals, and the chance to choose one SSR Simulacrum from four options in the Heat Up event page. Additionally, those who transfer their accounts to Perfect World Games will receive exclusive rewards, ensuring a smooth transition and access to special bonuses.
Introducing Perfect Authorizer - Antoria

As Commander of the Second Army of the Norns Federation Joint Defense Force and Supreme Commander of the Temporal Anomaly Response Force, Antoria shoulders a mission that transcends time itself. She leads the Reality Reshaping Program—a military operation designed to eliminate temporal anomalies threatening Aida. Her goal: to halt the spread of catastrophe and restore balance to the world. However, as the plan neared failure and Aida stood on the brink of destruction, Antoria made the ultimate choice—to cast a pawn into the future. This act allowed the Authorizer of the future to return to the past, meet with Antoria, and gain the power to reshape reality, forging a new future.
The limited simulacrum "Antoria" arrives today, alongside the Volt-Frost weapon "Requiem" and Antoria Matrices!
Additionally, Antoria's Simulacrum Dorm is now open, allowing Authorizers to enter her private room and experience exclusive interactive modes, spending leisure time with her. Starting March 1st, a limited-time Haute Couture outfit, "Antoria: The Divine Slayer," will be available. Dress Antoria in a striking dark ensemble as she raises her sword of resistance against the enemies of Aida!
Special Events with Tremendous Awards
[Golden Scales]
The "Golden Scales" event is now live, featuring a series of four exciting modes. Kicking off with the "Joyful Fiesta," a grand celebration where players can enjoy a variety of multiplayer events, including the Entertainment Center, Racing, and Joy Square. By participating in the event, players can earn Golden Scale Shards to redeem exclusive rewards, such as the Authorizer's new outfit, "Bouncing Trend," and more. As the event progresses, additional Golden Scale modes will be introduced, offering even more ways to earn rewards and immerse yourself in the festive celebrations.
[Heat Up Page Event]
A special support event for Authorizers across all global servers is now live on the Heat Up Transfer Event page.
By visiting the event page through the in-game banner or the provided link, Authorizers can participate and earn up to 30 draws, with a chance to select 1 SSR Simulacrum from four options. Additionally, players who accumulate a certain amount of Personal Heat during the event will be entered for a chance to win the Lin - Summer Shade figurine. Don’t Miss Out Free Account Transfer Awards
Starting today, the publisher of the mobile/PC open-world game Tower of Fantasy will officially transfer from Level Infinite to Perfect World Games, the parent company of the Tower of Fantasy development studio.
Players who have not yet completed the account transfer are encouraged to do so before 8:00 AM (PST) on April 24, 2025, to ensure a seamless transfer of game data.
As a token of appreciation for completing the transfer, players will receive Red Nucleus×10 and Special Voucher×5, which will be delivered to the in-game mailbox once the transfer is complete.
