South Korea - September 17, 2025 - Shape of Dreams, the new action roguelite from developer Lizard Smoothie and publisher NEOWIZ, has seen explosive momentum as it surpassed 300,000 units sold in its first week on Steam. Daily peak concurrent users reached a high of 45,000, pushing the game to #4 on Steam’s Global Top Sellers chart and #2 in South Korea.

Blending roguelite action with MOBA-style combat, the game has earned strong reviews from both critics and players alike, maintaining an 83 on Metacritic and a very positive user rating on Steam. Shape of Dreams features eight unique Travelers, a Traveler Mastery System that rewards progression and a Constellation System that enables deep strategic builds. Players can collect and combine more than 150 Memories and Essences to create new builds with every run. The indie title supports both single-player and up to four-player co-op.
To further optimize performance, Shape of Dreams collaborated with leading South Korean hardware community QuasarZone for pre-launch testing. Using the collected data and frame analysis, the developers plan to continue refining the game’s technical quality post-release.
Shape of Dreams is available now on Steam for $24.99 USD, with a 20% discount available until Wednesday, Sept. 24. The roguelite title is also available in two Steam bundles through collaborations with Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor and Warm Snow: Rock and Dream and Dream of Snow. These bundles will grant players an additional 10% off from the launch discount.
