"Oh, where to start..." Thomas Mackinnon opens, trying to focus on just one of the slew of genre-defining USPs It Takes a War offers players. "I suppose other than the game's stunning, photoreal graphics, it's probably this new feature I've been developing called 'Voice Chat'. It's a truly innovative feature that will connect players like nothing before - I can't wait for everyone to experience it!"

In any online FPS it's the people who play that make the game truly special,” Mackinnon concludes, "and I think It Takes a War will certainly deliver on that front."

Through this novel blend of out-of-combat features, It Takes a War is both cutting edge and familiar at the same time.

The game’s Steam page is now live, with additional information and features, and the first five screenshots from the game.
