China, August 15, 2025 - CrisisX, the upcoming cross-platform survival crafting action game from Hero Games, is set to launch in Q2 of 2026 for PC, iOS, and Android devices. Hero Games can also confirm the game's presence at Gamescom, offering attendees an exclusive first look at the highly anticipated title.
CrisisX thrusts players into a vast 1,200 km² open-world map, with up to 5,000 other players on a single server. This expansive world features 12 distinct terrains and bio-environments, ranging from western-style towns to hidden laboratories, snowy mountaintops to rushing rivers, each filled with unique items, vegetation, resources, and wild animals to discover, collect, and hunt.
CrisisX boasts a versatile combat dynamic, offering a wide array of weapons from machetes and crossbows to pistols, sniper rifles, machine guns, RPGs, and grenades. While a single Infected might fall to a machete, hordes and formidable Titan mutants will demand teamwork and heavy firepower. Players can construct armored vehicles like M2 Bradleys, or even WWII-era M4 Sherman tanks, to battle for vital resources like oil wells.
Players can join forces in Teams, Groups, and Communes to seize strategic resource points and expand their territories. While being united offers a better chance of survival against the Infected Hordes and the brutal elements, it also inevitably leads to bigger and more bitter turf wars between rival groups…
