SAN MATEO, Calif. – Sept. 23, 2025 – Indie game studio Monomi Park has announced that the award-winning sequel in the top-rated cozy adventure life simulator franchise, Slime Rancher 2, has exited Early Access with Version 1.0, “A Hero in Time”. Version 1.0 is now available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, bringing an avalanche of long-awaited features and updates, including end game content, the return of drones, new areas to explore, new slimes to discover, gadgets galore, and so much more.
For a limited time, Slime Rancher 2 is available with a discount at launch. The Art of Slime Rancher | Nov. 8 (Opening Reception) - Nov. 23
An exhibition at the iconic Gallery Nucleus in Alhambra, CA, will feature artists representing the imaginative art of Slime Rancher with event-exclusive merchandise and works from the creators for sale. A special opening reception will take place on Nov. 8 and include a panel, giveaways, autograph and meet-and-greet opportunities with Slime Rancher developers and special guest artist for the physical iam8bit Exclusive Edition poster, Yusuke Naora (FINAL FANTASY VII, X, XV). Version 1.0 is the best and most feature-rich version of the Slime Rancher 2 experience to date. Both editions will contain a physical copy of the game on a region-free disc and a fold-out poster featuring the custom illustration.
