Today, renowned MMO publisher KingsIsle Entertainment launches a wonderfully grim in-game event for its most magical title, Wizard101: a brand new raid titled The Ghastly Conspiracy.
Available now on PC via Steam and through the Official Wizard101 website, this event is the first eight-person raid in the spell-tacular title’s long-running history! The raid itself takes place in The Heap, a black-and-white, noir-themed area. Gather your fellow wizards-slash-gumshoe-detectives, speak to Gwyn Fellwarden in Dun Dara, Avalon, and begin unravelling the chilling mystery.
It was a cold night in Heap, the kind of night that freezes your breath in mid-air. The kind where even the crooks and the crime bosses stay tucked in bed, the type of night that makes Death itself say: “Brr, nope, not goin’ out.”
But some things’ blood runs colder than any night could ever be. Some things are just that…ghastly. But what? And why? What could they do in shadows where Death even hesitates to tread? Figuring that out is a job for Dog Tracy... and the Shadoe… and about eight Wizards. Together, they must brave the Heap and unravel “The Ghastly Conspiracy.”
Assemble your guild for the first-ever eight-player raid! This case will require heavy communication and coordination between raiders through a series of difficult challenges and combats, designed to test even the most experienced of level 170 wizards. Only through teamwork, bravery, and perhaps a bit of magic will you survive to crack this macabre case.
