A new trailer has also been released alongside the release date announcement.
The game will be priced at 580 JPY, with a 10% launch discount, reducing the price to 522 JPY for the first 14 days after release.
===== Overview =====
*The Organ Woman | 臓器女* is a 1–4 player cooperative horror game in which a group of university students responds to a suspicious part-time job offer and visits an abandoned hospital in Japan.
Their task is to recover boxes containing organs that have been left throughout the hospital and carry them to a car parked near the entrance.
While avoiding the enemy roaming the hospital, players must collect every box and successfully transport them outside.
===== Players Carrying Boxes Cannot Run =====
While carrying a box containing organs, players are unable to run.
If an enemy approaches, players can place the box on the ground and escape. They must decide whether to continue carrying the box or temporarily abandon it to reach safety.
In multiplayer, players can divide responsibilities, with one player carrying a box while others watch the surroundings and warn them of approaching danger.
Cooperation and communication are essential to completing the mission.
===== Become a Decoy Using a Spray Can =====
Players can find spray cans inside the hospital that release smoke and attract nearby enemies.
By using a spray can, a player can intentionally draw the enemy away from teammates carrying boxes and act as a decoy.
Who carries the boxes, and who attracts the enemy?
Players must adapt their roles to the situation, creating strategic teamwork and tension unique to cooperative play.

The game features three difficulty settings: Easy, Normal, and Hard.
Easy is recommended for players who are less familiar with horror games.
Normal provides the standard level of tension and challenge.
Hard is designed for players seeking a more intense and unforgiving exploration experience.
Since the strategies and level of tension change depending on the number of players and selected difficulty, the game can be enjoyed repeatedly even after completing it once.
