Psychological Horror Game Inherited Launches Its Steam Demo During Steam Scream V on October 26

Dark Palace Interactive has announced that Inherited will participate in Steam Scream V, launching a brand-new playable demo on Steam when the event begins on October 26 at 10:00 AM PDT.

The demo contains the first portion of Inherited, giving players an early look at its atmospheric exploration, environmental puzzles, psychological horror, and story before the full game’s release.

Steam Scream V, Steam’s annual celebration of horror games, runs from October 26 at 10:00 AM PDT through November 2 at 10:00 AM PDT.

Inherited is an atmosphere-driven psychological horror game in which players awaken after a mysterious accident on a lonely road and find themselves trapped inside an isolated house.

But this is not simply an abandoned place.

The house watches.

It changes.

And the deeper players explore, the more it seems to understand that they are there.

Doors open where they should remain closed. Corridors stretch. Symbols appear. Familiar spaces begin to distort as the player moves deeper into the property.

Every new room raises another question about what is real, what may be a fractured memory, and why the player was brought there in the first place.
