Irvine, California – May 11 (PDT), 2021 Joycity’s Pirate of the Caribbean: Tides of War will be celebrating its 4th anniversary. The game has been sailing strong since Joycity launched the game back in 2017. To celebrate the game’s birthday, Joycity has prepared an update that includes a new ship as well as two new Tacticians. In addition, Joycity will be offering numerous in-game events for both new and veteran Captains alike to enjoy!
This exciting anniversary update will include a new, Tier 19 ship that appears to have breached from the mouth of hell itself, the “Hell Hound”. So much a mere glimpse of this remarkable ship would cause even the saltiest of sailors to shake with fear. Alongside the celebratory christening of the infernal ship, two new, seaworthy Tacticians will be added. That’s right. Not one, but two. These two Tacticians will assist in navigating maritime adventures of the greatest kind, guided by the iconic Talismans that each Tactician carries.
Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War will also offer the first ever Portrait Frame. This new customization offering allows players to develop their base appeal, allowing them to show off their pirateness.
Because the game will be celebrating its 4th Anniversary, there will also be a sweepstakes* event with a chance to win invaluable in-game prizes that will help new and veteran players’ game progress and power up. The Sweepstakes* event will run on Facebook from 5/11 - 5/23 (@ 11:59:59 PDT), so don’t forget this opportunity to win big!
It will not be much of a celebration if some in-game events are not offered.
